How do I make RETURNS & EXCHANGES?

Products purchased on pearlylustre.com may be returned to Pearly Lustre up to seven days (7 days) from the date of receipt, or exchange up to fourteen days (14 days) from the date of receipt.
We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Pearly Lustre packaging.

Exchanges and Returns to Pearly Lustre online:
Kindly email us (enquiry@pearlylustre.com) the order number and product detail. Return your jewel(s) in its (their) original packaging to: Pearly Lustre, 250 Orchard Road, #02-01, Singapore 238905, Pearly Lustre Return, +65 893 893 01

If you choose to return your jewelry with a tracking number, please notify us by email at enquiry@pearlylustre.com
We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving your jewelry.
After received your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.
* Please note that Pearly Lustre is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns.
You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.
Pearly Lustre will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

Exchanges and Returns to an Pearly Lustre Customer Center:
Simply visit our Pearly Lustre Customer Center with the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
The refund will be issued within 24 hours after we received your return.


If you returned your product by mail to Pearly Lustre, the refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.


*Please note that we can refund only products purchased online. Products purchased in one of our retail stores cannot be refund.

Customised products are excluded from return and exchange policy.
