How do I make RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
Return and Exchange Policy Online Purchases
Regular Price Product in new and original condition, unworn, unused, un customised,
unadjusted and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Pearly Lustre
packaging can be returned or exchanged once:
• A monetary refund (less any outbound shipping costs) can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt (inclusive of weekends and public holidays). or
• Exchange up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
• We will process your request within 5 business days, an email notification will be sent to customer, after receiving your products.
• Pearly Lustre is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns.
• Customer chose preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure the package, Pearly Lustre will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.
• There is no return and exchange for discounted or promotion items
• Customised products and loose pearls are excluded from return and exchange policy.
• Ring size adjusted products are excluded from return and exchange policy.
• Used products are excluded from return and exchange policy

• No Refund for retail purchases.
• Regular Price Product in new and original condition, unworn, unused, un customised, unadjusted and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Pearly Lustre packaging can be exchanged once.
• Exchanged within 14days from the date of receipt
• There is no exchange for discounted or promotion items
• Customised products and loose pearls are excluded from exchange policy.
• Ring size adjusted products are excluded from exchange policy.
• Used products are excluded from exchange policy

Exchange & Return Prococss
1. Email us at enquiry@pearlylustre.com to inform us that you wish to return/exchange product with the order number and product details.
2. Send the product to pearly lustre with the following information (a) Order number b) Contact person and contact number c) The details of the request), without those information, may cause a delay on the return and exchange process.
